Overpaying or underpaying for developers is a concern people usually have when they haven't found developers capable and ready to code a quality app from scratch. The problem is, it really takes a great developer to identify another great developer, a regular developer can't often distinguish a great developer and a non developer really doesn't have a chance. That is assuming you have found a great developer that big companies haven't found first, because scouting a Google developer will cost you 200k on the low end paid either in cash your equivalent persuasion.

Would you consider yourself qualified to hire a good scientist or doctor for a hospital? How about one that does work that you don't get to see much of the results of for a few months at a time? It doesn't sound like Nastassia even got to the points of failure to where she can give good advice.
