Chicken Tikka Masala Ingredients
Ideally find an Indian restaurant.
Protein:
- Ideally 3+ containers of organic deboned, skinned chicken thighs or 2+ pounds of paneer (you can get this at a indian grocery) or both!
Spices:
- jar of ginger.
- jar of garlic
- kashmir chili
- salt
- Paprika
- onion powder
- 4 lemons
- 1 onion
- cumin
- Turmeric
- coriander
- paprika
- kashmiri Chili
- Garam Masala
Liquids:
- Mustard Oil
- passata (tomato puree in glass jar), canned will mess up the taste.
- 4 cartons of heavy whole milk cream.
- Organic, dry yogurt. As non-liquidy as possible. High Fat. Unsweetened.
- Sunflower oil.
